Salmon Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of fettuccini

  • 4 fresh salmon filets

  • 1 white onion

  • 2 cups heavy whip cream

  • the juice of 1 lemon

  • fresh chive

  • 1 tbs of olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a pot of boiling water cook the pasta al denté according to the time noted on the package

  2. Dice the onion, salmon, and chives

  3. Pour the olive oil in a pan and glaze the onion

  4. Add the cream to the pan, then mix in the salmon, lemon juice, and chopped chives

  5. Add the strained pasta to the pan

  6. Mix all together and serve immediately
