Citrus Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 ruby grapefruit

  • 2 oranges

  • 200g salad

  • 100g of chopped white cabbage

  • 2 tbs of colza oil

  • 1 lemon (juiced)

  • mint leaves

Directions:

  1. With a sharp knife carefully cut off the citrus rind and used the knife to cut out the wedges of pulp

  2. In a large salad bowl, mix all of the ingredients together - adding the oil and lemon juice last

  3. Mx well and add black peppercorn to liking

  4. Serve!
